UK operations director | Global research agency | £70-75K
We're looking for a UK operations director to join a global research agency who are strong advertising, innovation and digital research.
Market leaders, with a wide global reach across 15 offices. Working with some of the biggest and coolest brands in the world, Apple, Heineken, Red Bull, Channel 4, UEFA, Unilever and many more. Their research offer covers brand building, creative development, segmentation, copy testing, pricing strategy, tracking and advertising evaluation. They also have a strong qualitative and mobile research offering.
Forming part of the global operations team you'll be setting and implementing the vision and strategy for operations in the UK. You'll work across quant and qual looking after best practices, processes, managing suppliers and the project management teams to ensure successful delivery of projects as well as quality and effectiveness. You'll also be involved in developing new tools and platforms to get stuff done more efficiently.
Senior experience in an operations role in the market research industry research agency or research supplier side
Experience in managing and motivating a big team
Stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience working at a global level beneficial
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
