Trade Marketing Manager - £55,000 - Northamptonshire
This family business produces small batch artisan spirits that are increasing in popularity and have seen significant sales growth. Based in a rural setting in the Northamptonshire countryside, their products use the farms natural spring waters and home grown ingredients.
This company has seen significant growth and their products are becoming more well known and popular. The products are available through both on and off trade channels and they are now looking to recruit for this strategic role within the business. This role will be responsible for managing the implementation of the trade marketing plan, working closely with the sales team to optimize promotional plans, sales tools, trade events, point of sale and trade marketing materials. Delivering against the objectives of keeping customers happy while maximizing sales and market share in keeping with the company ethos of exceptional craft, quality and authenticity.
In order to be considered for this role you must have
- 5-7 years FMCG Trade Marketing experience with your last role having been in a UK FMCG company
- Able to work
- Strong commercial experience
- Previous experience of using Nielsen/Kantar/IRI data
- Able to work occasional evenings/weekends at consumer events
- Good understanding of the UK drinks market
- ideally some on trade experience
