TALENT MANAGER - 12 MONTH FTC - £22-£25K - C LONDON - EXPERIENTIAL
Major Players are working with a small but mighty live event and brand engagement agency who are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join the team for a 12 month maternity cover contract. You'll be responsible for recruiting the highest calibre event staff and brand ambassadors for a wide range of immersive consumer experiences.
Full responsibility for the agency's recruitment and training needs.
Coordinating regional & national recruitment days and sourcing the best talent
Identifying recruitment needs with clients and internal teams
Writing recruitment adverts and identifying online sources for attracting campaign talent
Interviewing staff both face to face and via telephone interviews
Facilitating and running staff training (Front of House & Team Leader training)
Updating training and recruitment documents and systems
Bright, enthusiastic personality with the ability to attract the best talent
Experience gained within events, hospitality and recruitment agencies is essential
Organised, efficient with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
Excellent communicator, able to develop relationships with both clients and team members at all levels
People management skills
Excellent levels of attention to detail
