A rare and hugely exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, well networked, relationships manager with project management skills to join us at the NSPCC and help secure long term, strategic talent and celebrity partnerships, supporting our fight for every childhood.
The NSPCC’s Talent & Celebrity Partnerships team leverages new and existing talent relationships (and their audiences) to create significant levels of awareness, income and added value on behalf of all children. The team works with influential individuals, high profile talent and celebrities who use their fame, time and profile to add value (financial and non-financial) to many different NSPCC campaigns and projects.
We work with some of the biggest global names on the circuit and the right individual will take full day to day control of these high-profile partnerships and activate them effectively to achieve pre-agreed aims and objectives which create the most amount of impact for children and the talent themselves.
The right candidate will thrive on providing exemplary levels of service to both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. They will be someone who goes above and beyond and exceeds all expectations at every level because they understand this is what it takes for the NSPCC to remain at the top of a competitive sector. They will also be someone who is a born organiser who plans meticulously for the future and who can visualise what success looks like whilst being able to lay down a path to get there.
The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of the talent and celebrity circuit and understand their audiences and where celebrities' passions lie and be able to use this knowledge to spot and create new and exciting ways in which the NSPCC can garner celebrity support to maximum effect. The candidate will be innovative and not be afraid to voice their ideas and they will be a team player and someone who can bring positivity and a can-do attitude to the working environment.
In addition to above, the right candidate will bring lots of personality to the role and help the team establish a strong, noticeable presence and reputation for providing the best talent and celebrity partnerships in the sector. They will make a major contribution to us becoming leaders in our field and the charity all talent and celebrities want to partner with.
