Talent Acquisition Specialist

West London

£50K + bonus scheme

Are you a recruiter through and through? Can you handle the pressure of multiple hires at once?

I'm looking for an amazing recruitment specialist / manager for a global brand based in West London. You will be looking after all hires across every department in the UK across to Belgium! Don't worry the hiring managers have training also but they will report into you and work in partnership.

Heads up, 99% of your stakeholders will be in the room next door, so there's no hiding if you're finding the process hard. You will be a stand-alone but fully supported by the HR team and have your own talent assistant to support you during busy times.

Excitingly all new recruitment processes have been implemented this year. That being said if you want to make changes, the floor is yours.

We need an internal recruiter with an agency recruiter hustle and fast pace ness about them (if you get what I mean)

  • Confident clear communicator with internal clients and external agencies;
  • Team player with the ability to communicate with all levels, up through executive management;
  • Innovative and creative approach to identifying new recruitment methods;
  • Strong ability to build and cultivate internal and external relationships by providing coaching, guidance and direction to hiring managers;
  • Passionate about recruitment with the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity;
  • Strong proficiencies utilizing Microsoft Office applications, Applicant Tracking Systems and Social Media networks, including but not limited to LinkedIn;
  • Ability to report on desired KPIs.

Education/ Experience:

· Educated to degree Level (ideally in a HR or related field);

· Previous experience at senior level of working as an in-house recruitment position is essential;

· Experience of effectively sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates for levels up to Senior Manager;

· Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) is desirable;
