SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Sports Brand, Central Singapore
Up to $6k/month
This global marketing agency is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to work on-site with a very well-known sports brand and own their social media presence. You will be creating social media strategies and content, managing their social media channels, doing social listening and reporting, and responding to consumers and influencers.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a sports enthusiast to own, shape and grow the social media presence of a TOP global sports brand in Singapore.
What you'll be doing:
* Strategy:
* Developing and executing social media strategies
* Ensuring all work follows brand guidelines
* Community Management:
* Managing and interacting with communities on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
* Managing consumer relations and crisis management
* Covering events and product launches
* Improving community management and content development through A/B testing, surveys etc
* Content Creation:
* Writing copy in the brand's tone of voice
* Helping to develop multiple monthly content calendars
* Creating, editing and localising basic artwork
* Reporting:
* Deep-diving into social media analytics to gather insights and write monthly reports
* Staying on top of monthly digital and social trends, and competitor performance analysis
What you need:
* At least 5 years' experience in Social Media or Community Management
* Experience working in a top digital agency or digital brand (ideally related to sports)
* A passion for sports and exercise
* Strong background in content creation and copywriting for social
* Experience using social analytics tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
* Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
