Job Description

I'm looking for an experienced Social Media Manager, who will re scope this firm's social strategy. You must have a good understanding of social and managing agencies.

I'm looking for someone who can own, grow and optimise. Their global social media presence as a key means to drive brand share of voice, brand engagement and grow awareness.


  • Evolve a social media strategy and its execution to communicate the brand purpose, personality and deliver client focused and commercial objectives
  • Develop the social media growth strategy and plan
  • Plan, brief and execute timely delivery of all global social media content and campaign activity
  • Create and implement a best practise sharing network across all regions
  • Develop and own the paid social media plan to support key campaign activity and social content pushes
  • Working closely with core internal stakeholders to identify and target relevant social media (new and existing) audiences, developing social as a core client engagement channel
  • Coordinate clear budget proposals for all activity and continuously track and monitor spend
  • Management of day to day activity across all social channels - ensuring we have a regular flow of content
  • Day to day management of social media agency to ensure delivery of day to day and campaigns is implemented and delivered against agreed timelines
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, identifying their objectives and proposing the best way to meet these through social media activity
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and implement a KPI framework for understanding performance and growth opportunities across social


  • Strong experience managing a variety of social media channels for a global brand
  • Proven experience in demonstrating social media success and the use of social media as an engagement tool
  • Experience creating and reporting on paid social activity across a variety of social advertising platforms; LinkedIn, Twitter Ads etc
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) delivering hands on skills for social media with attention to detail
  • Thinking and problem solving
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to work as an integral part of the team
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to challenge and influence for the right outcome
