Social Listening Analyst - 3 months

Day Rate £200-£220 depending on experience.

**This role is based in SWINDON**

(Travel time 1hr from London Paddington Station)

Are you looking for a new opportunity? Perhaps one that will take you outside London? Major Players are working with a global tech company that needs a hands on Social Listening Analyst who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Analyst in delivering the data and insight excellence to the broader teams
  • Recommending new tools that extend the companies capabilities and complement existing listening tools
  • Working with the Senior Analyst to fulfil analytics, insights and report requests based on online and social listening data, including understanding and working according to activity priorities and delivery against agreed deadlines
  • Delivering clear and concise reports to the agreed standard, format and deadline
  • Assisting the Senior Analyst in working to understand first-party data (such as SEM, website and CRM insights) to complement any listening report they may produce
  • Working with the Senior Analyst to deliver insight that answers briefs, along with recommendations for potential action, including:
    • campaign / partnership / sponsorship optimisation and evaluation
    • campaign planning and KPI setting
    • owned social media / community management insights, in support of strategy
    • issues / crisis management and social customer care
    • brand and product monitoring
    • competitor brand and product monitoring
    • influencer mapping
    • influencer programme optimisation and evaluation
    • sector / market / country insight

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating all data into a report for Sales
  • Manipulating and where necessary visualizing the data so that it can be readily interpreted
  • Establishing a reporting cadence and quality expectation with data vendors
  • Analysing the various data sources to find areas of commonality / consistent themes that can be leveraged in marketing campaigns
  • Partnering with marketing experts to create actionable recommendations to
  • Taking feedback from key stakeholders in Marketing and Sales and working with data vendors to provide additional / new insights
