Social and Digital Marketing Executive
We’re looking for an experienced social and digital media professional, to add value to our growing and vibrant organisation.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England achieve its goal of training one in ten of the population in Mental Health First Aid skills. As Social and Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, writing and creating engaging content for all of the organisations social media and digital marketing campaigns. You’ll deliver campaigns to support the organisation’s business objectives, in line the with the department’s Marketing and Communications strategy; upholding and ensuring the consistency of MHFA England’s brand.
You will use analytics to track the success of campaigns, email marketing and digital newsletters and produce monthly reports which are presented quarterly to the Board. You will also be responsible for collaborating with partners and commissioning paid-for media marketing campaigns as well as films and audio pieces for use in digital content.
You will have demonstrable experience of working in a Marketing and Communications environment and be confident communicating and working with a variety of different partners and stakeholders. You will have knowledge of CRM and CMS systems as well as Hootsuite, Click Dimensions and all aspects of MS Office; experience or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ADXStudio CMS would be an advantage.
You will have an excellent understanding of how to target different social media channels and be experienced in planning social and digital media campaigns. You will have excellent communication skills and work well under your own initiative as well as part of a small team, sharing ideas and learning from others. You will be a highly organised individual who is self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude. You’ll be adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced, flexible environment with the ability to adjust and manage a changing workload with shifting priorities.
