Shopper Marketing Manager - High Growth, Healthy & Organic SME
North West London
- £43,000 - £47,000 Basic Salary

With high demand from retailer customers, the Shopper Marketing Manager role is a pivotal role within the small, but perfectly formed, marketing division.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will also have a Shopper Marketing Exec reporting into you.
Working with traditional shopper marketing techniques - from grocery instore customer journeys, to eye-catching POS and shopper-based activity, to working with category & insights to identify opportunities in digital channels, this is a role where you can really roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
Naturally you'll be cultivating relationships with Head Office buying and merchandising teams as well as Retailer Marketing contacts, together with working with the National Account teams to leverage every opportunity to showcase the brands.
Purely and simply, we're going to need commercial candidates with experience of FMCG / Grocery Marketing in one or more of the following:
- Shopper Marketing
- Customer Marketing
- Trade Marketing
- Brand Management in an end to end role
You may have experience working for a big blue chip but ideally, you'll have also tried your hand in a smaller company too.
