Job Description

You'll have demonstrable experience of of acquiring quality backlinks through the execution of global digital PR, social and communication strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaboratively work alongside Content Lead and wider marketing team to plan and execute truly integrated Content, Social and Digital PR campaigns
  • Define and implement high quality link strategies to improve SEO and brand authority through content marketing
  • Build our global influencer network, nurturing relationships with key influencers + brand ambassadors via blogs, social media and forums and briefing seasonal influencer campaigns in sync with our comms calendar
  • Maintain an up-to-date and agile content calendar
  • Draft and sell in all brand news, product and campaign stories to online, trade and broadcast digital media
  • Network with journalists, bloggers and editors, pushing relevant content to gain high-quality backlinks
  • Use reporting tools to monitor website backlinks and analyze social activity, using insight to develop future campaigns
  • Grow the affiliate network in collaboration with the Affiliate Manager, sourcing and developing relevant blogger partnerships
  • Develop and manage the paid and organic social media strategy alongside the marketing team, utilising social analytics to guide all decisions

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Solid understanding of how search engines rank web pages
  • Experience with Google Analytics / web analytics packages
  • Proven history of high level link acquisition via creative content marketing execution
  • Well versed in blogs, blogging and forum commenting
  • Energy, enthusiasm and passion for all things digital
  • A creative and commercial eye and taste level relevant to the brand's direction
  • A commercial and expansive approach to all situations and projects
  • Confident telephone and presentation skills, particularly to senior stakeholders of the business
  • Experience in successfully managing and getting the most out of agency relationships - including international PR, Search and Branding agencies
