UX/UI Designer exciting e-commerce brand

Major Players are currently working with a well funded and established e-commerce company who specialise in helping people to sleep well.

They started in 2015 with a team of five, but rapid expansion led them to a new shiny HQ in bustling Victoria in 2017, with a sleep lab, training rooms, and yes, a ping pong table. Despite the rapid expansion, their philosophy has stayed the same: they want every member of the family to wake up feeling fully supported!

Job Purpose

To manage, develop, analyse, evaluate and implement brand & ecommerce needs across the entire portfolio of product across multiple territories. Working with multiple stake holders this role executes a high level of output under the guidance of Head of Creative. This role also requires management of day to day needs of the product with longer term strategic goals implemented using research, testing initiatives and good UI/UX practice to deliver a digital experience that is unique, bold, easy to digest while being measured positively via ecommerce metrics.


Responsible for the delivery of digital creative across the portfolio while making sure all aspects of creative are executed to the highest standard:

  • Website
    • Delivery of briefs / projects on time
    • Management of day to day site needs
    • Mobile focused design
    • Conversion focused design
    • Delivering of briefs cross territories (UK/FR/CH/DE)
  • User Experience
    • Implementing new experiences to stay ahead of market trends
    • Mobile focused functionality - speed, load time, uniqueness
    • Innovation of site templates
    • Animations
    • Wireframing
    • Usability / flow of content
  • Research
    • Conducting research into our product
    • Acting on research that aligns to business goals and objectives
    • Research to inform design while balancing the needs of brand
  • Digital Project management
    • Delivering promotional activity across the site
    • Managing stakeholders in projects
    • Update of site to meet brand / campaign needs
    • Cross Department collaboratio
    • Working with Copy Writers, Brand Managers & Heads of depts.
  • Execution of campaigns
    • Bespoke pages, animations, templates
