Senior Sales Executive
Central London
Up to £29,000 + 25% bonus
Do you have great experience within the Event sales industry? Are you an individual ready to take on a new challenge in your Events career?
We are currently working with a market leading media company, with city-based offices in London and who run events across the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to work on their exciting B2B events portfolio selling print, digital and exhibition stand space.
The Role
- Sourcing new business and account growth in order to maintain and upscale their constantly growing events
- Contributing to the generation of new leads and business
- Attending both company and competitor events will enable you to gain key industry knowledge
- To contact new & existing customers via telephone on a daily basis to close sales deals
- Up-selling existing clients by package upgrade or by cross-selling into other areas of the portfolio
The Candidate
- 2+ years' experience in a telephone sales role
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Outstanding negotiation & organisational skills are essential for this role
- Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets
