Due to growth, they are now looking to hire a Senior Planner with strong experience in TV, outdoor, print and experiential, to join their team based in London.
The day to day:
Reporting into the Planning Director, you will own and deliver integrated communications plans from day one across a range of key accounts. Working end-to-end on major campaigns, you’ll unpick the client brief, sourcing research, translating data into robust strategies. You'll present plans to clients in support of the agency’s creative response, acting as a centre of excellence on integrated comms plans and developing CRM and customer journey recommendations with an omnichannel approach.
You’ll be looking for a step up. You know planning and strategy inside out and are always up-to-date with current trends, you're capable of running workshops, managing senior level client relationships. You'll be experienced in working end-to-end on major campaigns and projects. With a talent for translating complex data into simple insights, you inspire those around you. You articulate your point of view and present your ideas clearly.
- 4-5 years integrated planning in an agency environment
- Digitally savvy
- Must be confident, articulate and persuasive (verbally and in written work),
- Must be flexible, self-motivated, capable of working quickly and accurately, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
- High levels of proactivity, quality control and personal curiosity are essential in this largely self-directed role working closely with senior client services and agency leadership
