The Senior Paid Search / PPC Account Manager Role:

We are expanding our Paid Search offering to the UK, off the back off significant growth in the US, Japan and Australia. The Senior Account Manager will form part of our multi-channel Client Services team, responsible for managing Paid Search campaigns and internal support teams.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and a strong team player; able to work closely with our US Paid Search team to ensure best-practice in Paid Search, and with our UK Client Services team to execute Paid Search campaigns as part of a wider digital marketing strategy.

About You:

+ Strong paid search and project management experience required. Successful candidates may bring experience from an agency, client, or consulting environment.

+ Must have experience with forecasting, budgeting, campaign creation, restructure, management of traditional PPC campaigns, (such as RLSA, DSA, Shopping, YouTube, Display, etc.)

+ Proficiency in Excel. Intermediate experience with pivots, macros, etc.

+ Experience in launching and/or on boarding search accounts of various sizes is preferred. Inclusive of PPC account creation in search engines, new PPC program fundamentals (time zone, currency tracking, etc.), on boarding basics (granting access, creating Master Client Centre, etc.)

+ Ability to use historical account data and insights to make planning decisions

+ Ability to conduct client meetings with minimal help from Senior Manager and Director

+ Effectively prioritises, delegates, and communicates deliverables for projects w/ support team

+ Strong and clear communication with clients regarding budget pacing, strategies, and tracking to goals

+ You can demonstrate strategic aptitude by recommending, applying, and measuring appropriate tactics and tests for all accounts

+ You’re able to effectively communicate and collaborate with any integrated marketing team associated with their accounts

+ Comfortable analysing and speaking to large data and performance reports

+ Leadership skills

+ You’re able to build solid rapport with clients and able to diffuse difficult client situations

+ You continuously look for emerging industry trends to test and develop

+ You’ll hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or working towards a search certification such as AdWords

+ Knowledge of bid management platforms such as Kenshoo
