Responsibilities:
- Work with key various business functions to develop and produce relevant marketing collateral
- Maintain brand policy and guidelines and provide support for teams and offices on corporate branding
- Ensure that corporate identity, branding, compliance, legal and corporate guidelines and procedures are adhered to
- Deliver demand generation programmes through a range of marketing channels including email marketing, developing web content, search engine optimisation and PPC, social media, direct mail, advertising and events
- Develop content and manage updates for the website and disseminate as appropriate across external and internal channels (social media, intranets, e-communications)
- Lead or support specified corporate, divisional and team hospitality events
- Plan and manage the marketing plan against key plays identified as drivers for business throughout a fiscal year.
Requirements:
- Experience in a marketing department or agency, preferably within the insurance / financial services or B2B technology
- A CIM qualification or equivalent, or currently studying for a CIM or equivalent qualification
- Proven success in delivering demand generation programmes
- Understanding of the various marketing and communication components
- Self-management, planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Analysis and decision-making skills
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and an ability to multi-task
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Commercial and business awareness
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization
- Ability to travel on an occasional basis
- UK experience essential
