Senior Marketing Executive
London HQ, 35 hours, Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and innovative marketing professional.
As Senior Marketing Executive you'll use your positive attitude and your knowledge of the health and social care market to develop effective strategies to raise awareness of the RCN within the nursing community. You will work with colleagues throughout the organisation to identify new ways to recruit members and increase engagement with our products and services.
It's a job full of possibilities. Suggesting innovative approaches to grow our membership base will be a key part of what you do. We will also look to you to create multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensure the membership offer is relevant and competitive. Using your excellent analytical skills you will produce reports which evaluate the success of your campaigns and present these to key stakeholders.
You will demonstrate your enthusiasm and creative thinking when participating in project groups and build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders throughout the RCN Group. Working with the wider marketing team, you will support commercial activities and raise the profile of the RCN.
Working alongside colleagues throughout the regions and countries you will implement the marketing strategy and use your winning mentality to achieve the ambitious membership targets.
