Job Description

My client are a leading educational training provider, who are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their vibrant team to focus on copywriting and the production of marketing collateral. Focussing on two products offered by company, this role will need to have a view of the strategy behind the Marketing campaigns that are being run, supported by the design and digital teams.

The role:
* Deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns which leverage content and product features.
* Drive member engagement within the products through multi-channel campaigns.
* Working with the Content Team, Head of Digital Marketing and Product Managers to promote new content and training modules, aligned to the marketing strategy.
* Working with the Product Manager, Head of UX and Head of Digital Marketing, identify areas for product development which will enhance the membership experience.
* Writing the product marketing plan aligned to the overall marketing and segmentation strategy.
* Working with the Marketing Director and Product Manager to develop value propositions for each product by segment.
* Creating and writing content and copy for use in campaigns across the full marketing mix including, landing pages, micro sites, forms, direct mail and email.
* Work closely with Digital Team and the Head of UX to uncover customer insights using these to optimise the membership and non-membership experiences within the sites.
* Co-ordinate deployment of multi-channel acquisition and member engagement campaigns.
* To monitor and report on key performance indicators including member engagement, satisfaction, renewal, new memberships and revenue.
* In conjunction with the Product Manager monitor, record and analyse competitor activities reporting back to the business where necessary.
* Analyse the performance of campaigns and report on their effectiveness.

* A minimum of two years Marketing experience ideally from a training, education, subscription or digital business.
* Demonstrable strong copywriting skills for a variety of media
* Experience of running multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end, from briefing to deployment
* Experience of working with Hubspot or other ESP.
* Experience of working with a Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM
* Experience of working with senior stakeholders.
* Proven analytical and data driven approach.
* Experience of Google Analytics
* Experience of using website editing tools (Wagtail, Wordpress)
* Experience of writing copy
