Senior Market Manager/Market Manager (depending upon experience) - Point of Care
Following a successful internal move by one of our marketing team, there is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and highly focussed marketing team as Senior Market Manager or Market Manager, to passionately drive our Point of Care offerings into the healthcare market and help shape the future direction of Point of Care in-line with the direction of the health service.
Your experience will be invaluable in challenging the status quo and building solid plan foundations at a time of an expanding portfolio. As a member of the marketing team you will be key in providing strategic insights into the POC Leadership Team and beyond.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be part of a close knit team cross-functionally and enjoy a high level of autonomy in creating and implementing market leading clinical campaigns whilst leveraging existing, and developing your own KOL network.
With exciting plans for future launches in the pipeline and a recently expanded business area, you will be coming in to the Point Of Care team at an exciting time to influence the marketing strategy for the UK.
Based out of our Burgess Hill headquarters, you will be required to travel for customer visits and attendance of specific events, both across the UK/Ireland and internationally.

Educated to BSc (Hons) Degree or equivalent in the field of life sciences subject, business or equivalent, you possess marketing experience in the healthcare/life science market (Diagnostics, Life Science, or Pharma industry).
A successful sales and marketing track record is essential. Good understanding of funding streams within the UK healthcare market is critical, together with knowledge of disease area in the Diagnostics arena which is preferred.
As a self-motivated, dynamic individual you have the ability to think strategically and follow through on the delivery of complex plans. You have successfully managed and led projects across team/business units that resulted in significant profitable business wins.
With strong communication skills you have the ability to build effective customer and local / global internal stakeholder relationships to mediate pragmatic solutions throughout. You are able to gain cooperation from others and break down barriers.
In addition you strive to seek and adopt creative approaches in problem solving, to meet and exceed customer expectation leading to flawless delivery of the promised service and solutions.
