Senior eRetail Planning Manager

A leading global business in consumer technologies (mobile devices, tablets, wearables, digital appliances…) has opened a brand new role to support both in life and new customer acquisition within their online retail channels. As such they are looking for a talented online marketing professional with proven experience from within a retail setting.
-Pioneering customer experience initiative and implementing a net promoter system.
-Transforming relationships with strategic international partners to collaborate on shopper programs.
-Spearheading category drivers and owning account strategy internationally.
-Identifying omni-channel category or shopper opportunities in a Pan-European setting.
-Tracking and reporting on category retailer performance.
-Optimising the "digital shelf" to enhance the etailer shopping experience.
-Enhancing traffic and conversion through online assets.
-Developing etailer toolkit and guidelines by account and channel type.
-Forecasting the impact of category drivers and measuring pilot store impact.
-Demonstrating excellent, omni-channel experience and an expert understanding of digital retail initiatives.
-10+ years' experience of working in a high-performing retail sales and marketing team in an online or ecommerce category planning, shopper or merchandising role.
-Proven experience as a category manager or similar.
-A great understanding of how to apply category insight and strategy to drive sales.
-An understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
-Experience in working with 3rd part vendors.
-Outstanding client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
-Strong ability to translate numbers into impactful messaging.
-Able to present to senior executives with flair and confidence.
-Must have experience of an online merchandising role at operator retailer level within FMCG.
-A genuine passion for technology.
