A leading provider of online research solutions are looking for a Senior Panel / Community Manager to join and provide added value through managing custom community-panels for their clients. The client are an award-winning market leader in what they do and also one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, with turnover growing by over 20% in the last year. A lot of the work they do is international and they like being at the forefront of innovative techniques, always looking for different ways to generate the most valuable consumer insights for their clients.
The client list is impressive as well. A range of blue chip companies, across a variety of sectors across Tech, FMCG, automotive & travel. So the work will remain interesting and keep you engaged and motivated.
You'll join the team in an interesting role - you'll be managing 5-7 panels for clients across the group at different stages, working on projects from end to end and becoming an expert in the digital research solutions field. They are interested in people who are passionate about the future of the market research industry and want to have a role to play in
Required qualifications / skills
- 3+ years market research experience
- Preferable experience with panel / community management
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, team player, organised
- Experience with survey design and programming
- Excellent Excel skills, you've worked on large data sets
Salary - £30-35k +10% bonus
