Are you looking to move to a boutique agency with a flexible and autonomous work culture? This insight agency in the heart of London are looking for ambitious research managers to develop themselves as researchers and learn from some of the best names in the industry. The company has a flat structure, letting you work freely within a close-knit team in a highly supportive environment.
You will be joining an integral team to the company, influencing the growth and progress of existing client relationships of blue chip companies such as McDonald's, Google and Ebay. This growth also means that you will play a part in winning new and exciting business across sectors such as FMCG, Tech, FS, Sport and Retail.
You will be given the opportunity to manage your two projects from end-to-end, creating your own surveys from scratch and work in direct contact with your clients to uncover problems and provide useful insight. Each ad-hoc project has bespoke meaning to the success of these brands, so you will be providing direct solutions to answer some of the most interesting questions.
- 5+ years' experience working in a quant focused role
- Qualitative experience would also be a strong advantage
- Ability to script surveys and questionnaires
- Demonstrable capability of leading presentations with clients
- Experience of managing junior team members
