As a Senior Data and Insight Officer, you will answer business critical questions to directly inform ongoing marketing and communication strategies through combining data collection with renowned internal and external research. You will work closely with the Head of Research and Insight to analyse large scale quantitative data and intelligence, creating strategic insight through internal systems as well as ad hoc studies. When it comes to clients, you will produce reports to support findings and present them to senior stakeholders and business clients.
- 2 years plus experience in a quantitative research role or data analysis / insight analyst role
- Advanced Excel expertise
- Demonstrable knowledge to manipulate large scale data sets and to create meaningful insight.
- Excellent report writing.
- Confident presenting skills and evident experience of working in a client facing environment.
