Job Description
An experienced Senior CRM Marketing Specialist is needed to join this fast moving FinTech business for a 9 month maternity cover.
The company has been making moving money across the world faster, cheaper and quicker for over 15 years. They have grown quickly and are now a team of 600 across 8 offices and serving about 100,000 clients.
This role is part of the marketing team and reports into the Head of CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of CRM Marketing Campaigns across EMEA, Australia and Asia
- Provide optimisation and automation through analysis and reporting
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Segmenting of the CRM to enable relevant messages
- Scheduling, testing and deploying of all direct mail and email campaigns
- Liaise with the various departments to ensure CRM works efficiently throughout the company.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of creation and delivery of successful CRM marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience of direct and digital marketing in B2B & B2C environment
- HTML & Database knowledge helpful
- Data driven and comfortable with analytics
