A leading international leisure company operating across the UK and EMEA creating inspiring entertainment experiences.

As the Senior CRM Manager, you will create & execute a sophisticated CRM strategy that combines inbound & outbound communications across direct channels & customer touch points, whilst managing two CRM Campaign Managers.

Your main duties will include:
- Develop the guest contact strategy and translate this into coherent guest contact plans which the campaign team can execute. Plan and co-ordinate the migration of all campaigns into a single platform
- Set the business contact rules based on solid understanding of business and campaign performance as well as customer insight
- Capacity plan all tasks for the CRM Campaign Team (including the agencies)
- Optimise & measure campaign performance through continuous improvement

To apply for this Senior CRM Manager role, you must have:

- Extensive hands on experience of working with campaign and decision management tools (preferably Selligent)
- Experience with data migration/CRM operations
- Strong background in planning customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies within retail/B2C
- Highly data driven and analytical - solid understanding of business & campaign performance/measurement
