Oliver are looking for a senior copywriter to drive the creative on one of our most important blue-chip clients. You’ll be responsible for conceptual, technical and content copywriting across all integrated channels – taking in press, out of home, direct mail, email, display, web, social and film. You’ll also partner up with designers and art directors on an ad hoc basis for larger campaigns.
The ideal writer will bring to the role a solid background in digital and direct advertising across a wide range of sectors and brands – with some solid experience in financial services. Your book will be full of copy-led work with well-crafted headlines, longer copy ads, integrated conceptual campaigns, CRM & eCRM comms for B2C & B2B, digital campaigns, and film. Some of which will be recognised with recent award wins.
You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong grasp of direct response principles and have an awareness of the requirements for creating advertising (and spotting opportunities) in a heavily regulated sector.
You’ll be joining a permanent on-site team of 10 others, and in this fairly autonomous and smart-paced environment you’ll be expected to draw upon your experience and know just how to get on with things first time – especially on longer form content projects. As a senior already, we’ll be looking to you to support the team with hands-on brand guardianship, client partnering and the creative oversight of others.
