CCS | Compass Corporate Services are partnering with a large, growing healthcare organisation who are based in the Bristol area to look for a Senior Communications Manager role.
We have a new job opportunity for an experienced Senior Communications Manager to work for a national healthcare provider based in the Bristol area. This is a key member of the senior leadership team, taking a lead role in driving advocacy and engagement.
This new role will assume management of external and internal communications. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an exceptional track record of devising and implementing effective communications strategies and will report into the Head of Marketing and Communications.
You will be supporting the communications team during a period of transformation therefore you must be a resilient, confident and dynamic communications professional.
This position will involve regular travel therefore you must have a car and be willing to drive across the South West region.
- Proven experience of managing conflict and proven experience of advising senior stakeholders.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Health or social care sector experience (NHS, Private or Independent)
- Ability to understand complex service offers and ideas easily and quickly
- Resilient and dynamic
- Drives with own car
- Flexible approach
