Senior Clients & Marketing Manager, Transit, Aviation and Water
AECOM is currently looking to recruit a Senior Clients & Marketing Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Within the role you will create marketing strategies and lead the development of marketing and communication plans to support identified business goals. You will develop marketing and messaging strategies to support prepositioning for major pursuits, advising business development teams throughout the work winning process.
Along with the above you will be expected to identify opportunities for collaboration with Client Account Managers (CAMs) across the business to continuously champion the voice of the client. You will be able to confidently lead the implementation of both internal and external communication activities using multi-channel tools (with a focus on enhancing use of digital tools) to build internal collaboration and employee engagement as well as strong client loyalty and advocacy.
In this role, the Senior Clients and Marketing manager will need to define appropriate measurement and data collection strategies for monitoring and review of marketing spend and campaign performance.
Further responsibilities include;
Manage research related projects and systems used to gather and store information
Analyse information to generate insights that assist in the achievement of marketing goals
Develops and updates the marketing plan in alignment with business goals and strategy
Determines annual marketing budget required to deliver the strategic platforms and allocates spend accordingly
Develops internal communication plans to improve collaboration, employee engagement and build strong client relationships
Leads both internal communication of the need for change and the implementation of change
Develops a marketing strategy and marketing goals aligned with brand positioning
Advises on the development of the digital strategy
Articulates the desired client experience to internal colleagues to drive client loyalty and the potential for client advocacy
Develops marketing and messaging strategy to support prepositioning for major pursuits and supports interview prep
To be successful in this role we would like to hear from candidates with previous experience in a similar role along with the following;
Self-starter with the ability to work as a positive, energized and adaptable team member
Previous role within a global organization would be preferable but not essential
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize effectively
An understanding of the construction industry and Hi Tech would be beneficial but not essential
An understanding of clients and the market in Ireland is essential
Educated to degree level or equivalent with formal marketing training or qualification (e.g. CIM).
