A role for food lovers and aspiring chefs! A specialist food business with a range of brands (some you'll recognise, some perhaps not) are looking for an SBM looking after one of their key brands, managing 1 direct report.
They're a business full of foodies and place great emphasis on recruiting people who are passionate about their products, and who genuinely use them.
Their products are sold across a range of channels and the role would reflect this - some focus on grocery retail but equally responsibility for marketing strategy within other channels.
Some key things they're looking for:
- In an ideal world, experience in a marketing role for a food brand
- Has owned a brand P&L
- Broad marketing experience - ATL, brand strategy & planning, communications, NPD, digital
- Data literate - able to interpret & utilise date from Nielsen, Kantar etc
- A love of food
- A challenge mentality
