A well-known healthcare business with a global presence, our client is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join a lucrative team. You will be joining a team with a lot of visibility and a very large marketing budget - lots of exciting work to be done. The brands you will be working with are of a strategic priority to the business, and the structure of the team is incredibly dynamic. Essentially you will be leading the brand vision, strategy & 3yr innovations pipeline. The role is equally strategic and executional, managing the overall P&L and a budget of £4m and a team of two.
It will suit an ambitious, career-driven individual with experience in consumer healthcare, though wider experience across FMCG will also suit. Due to the nature of the role and the business, you should be very outgoing and keen to get stuck in. This role requires talent with strong experience of building local and global brands, someone with good commercial acumen and, most importantly, excellent people leadership skills.
