About The Business

- MUST HAVE FMCG EXPERIENCE
A global player present in over 27 markets. They have secured new ownership from a long-term investment natured PE house. They have the mind-set of a start-up - disruptive, aggressive & super-fast paced. PE can be a scary thought but there is a 12-year plan in place to take the market by storm. They are in year 2 and are looking at further acquisitions to add to their portfolio, so this is exactly the right time to join the journey.
The investment strategy is enormous, across both retail and foodservice. Masses of NPD will be released to market imminently, with the sole focus on plant-based nutrition - changing consumer behaviours and educating current mindsets. This is a business priding itself on agility, cross functional matrix working and providing an entire solution to its customers & consumers.
About The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for
- Development and execution of brand marketing plans for the UK & Ireland
- Help deliver sustainable business and share growth across both markets.
- Lead implementation of key innovation projects into the UK and Ireland market
- Own the relevant Brand P&L and manage forecast
- Constantly review brand performance, monitor and analyse market and competitor performance/activities
- Proactively recommending changes to the annual plan to drive improved growth and competitiveness
- 1 direct report
MUST HAVE FMCG EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for a excellent, proven strong FMCG experience for leadership role. You’ll be an FMCG market professional with strengths in commercial / P&L performance management as well as being able to get under the skin of brand dynamics to identify innovation development, distribution opportunity or shopper trends and make plans effectively.
