Job Description

Strong brand manager with destination marketing experience and exceptional people development skills required for a 12 month maternity cover. Must have experience of events and B2B/B2C campaigns and less than a 10 week notice period.

Senior Brand and Marketing Manager - Up to £80,000 pro rata - 12 month contract - London

You will work for a fabulous property company in Central London with high profile clients and portfolios.

You will be responsible for managing a team of three to deliver the B2B and B2C marketing strategy and activity for the company´s central London portfolios. This ranges from consumer campaigns and world-class events, to B2B leasing marketing to support office and retail leasing strategy. You will

- Propose and deliver an annual marketing plan for each destination
- Ensure all marketing plans tie back to the destination and corporate brand values and placemaking strategies
- Manage a team of three and suite of agencies to ensure consistent, high quality delivery of campaigns, tactics and tools to promote the destinations and leasing marketing
- Working with Head of Insights, deliver insights programme for Central London brands, commissioning customer and consumer research
- Work closely with the Insights team to deliver a robust calendar of consumer and customer insights, incorporating footfall tracking technology and on-the-ground interviews
- Lead on positioning of the corporate brand and central London portfolios amongst stakeholder/B2B audiences
- Ensure close relationship with key JV partner
- Consult on public realm development and future use

- Extensive experience in brand management and marketing, ideally in a complex brand environment with multiple audiences and levels of endorsement/association with the parent brand.
- Experience of campaign development, management and delivery
- Experience in delivering B2B marketing materials and events
- Experience in managing a team and multiple agency structure
- Experience in delivering, interpreting and implementing customer insights
- Experience working in a politically complex environment, balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in destination, tourism, property, retail or leisure marketing preferred
