Creative content agency seeks experienced, client-centric Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join its thriving team

The agency

They work with a fantastic range of clients across multiple channels and are now looking for a future leader to join their team to work with key clients. Mid-sized, they are networked but operate and feel close-knit and independent. 

The role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join the client services team, working across 3 clients. This role is for a real client person - someone always on the phone or at meetings, making a concerted effort to build close relationships and make the most of every opportunity. The role would suit someone entrepreneurial and ambitious - reporting into the Head of Client Service there is lots of scope to grow within the company, and talent will be nurtured. They are looking for someone with foresight, strategic, with the passion to have a real impact. You will work directly with the Management Team to help shape the agency’s offering in accordance with your clients’ business requirements.


The ideal candidate

Outgoing, with a strong agency background, ideally with a focus on content, CRM or social media. Digital experience is a must and experience in the financial and luxury sectors would be beneficial. As a natural people person, you’re a confident and effective communicator, with the gravitas to influence key decision-makers.  You love to nurture client relationships and become a trusted advisor, you understand their business and what keeps them awake at night. You’re proactive about finding opportunities to grow your accounts and turn those opportunities into reality. You think engagement before channel, strategy before execution.
