We have a fabulous opportunity to join a B2B marketing agency based in the Twickenham area who are looking for a talented Senior Account Manager. Reporting into the Account Director, you’ll be working on your own clients from day one, from brief taking through managing the entire campaign lifecycle. You’ll be solely responsible for ensuring that the agency responds on time, on budget and to brief.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and develop robust relationships with clients
- Establish strong knowledge in the clients’ business and markets,
- Ensure the clients’ vision and ambitions are clear within the agency
- Taking client briefs and ensure- detailed gathering of info to write an effective internal brief
- Effectively brief internal teams and suppliers on requirements
- Reviewing proposals, suggesting revisions where necessary
- Gathering costs and preparing accurate estimates
- Implementing amendments as required through to final approval
- Managing external production to deliver on time, budget and to a high standard
- Business development and retention within your accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ambition to achieve and excel for yourself, client and the agency
- Ability to multitask and prioritise fast
- Ability to interrogate the client during briefing sessions
- Ability to represent the client to the agency and the agency to the client
