Job Description


An exciting new Senior Account Manager role has arisen, that will see the chosen candidate responsible for leading a key alcohol account, with a lot of opportunity for growth. We're looking for a hybrid SAM, who will be able to ensure relationships are developed with new and existing clients, while also overseeing all project delivery. You'll be working across a number of drinks brands to deliver a mix of on-trade, live activations and experiential activity.

Working as part of a growing team, you'll ensure the work is strategically focused, delivered on time and on budget
Overseeing projects in their entirity, with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail
Building strong relationships with the clients, getting under the skin of their brief and objectives
Reporting into an Experiential Business Director, however you'll play a key role in building a team around you, with the view to you taking on more responsibility and developing through the agency
Working closely with creative and production teams to develop ideas and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
Accountable for quality control and all financial responsibilities
Demonstrating a full understanding and application of the marketing mix
Overseeing the team as a whole with regards to process management, implementation and ensuring quality fo service and attention to detail
Actively developing new business opportunities along side the senior management team
Developing insight into internal accounting and billing procedures
Financial summary and forecasting and ensuring timely invoicing

Candidates must come with proven experience developed within a similar experiential agency - delivering a nice mix of sampling, on-trade, launch campaign and live activations
Proven knowledge and experience of the end to end event production process
Excellent financial and budgeting capabilities and a working knowledge of Excel
Confidence and gravitas to lead client meetings and develop lasting relationships
Ability to manage both senior management team and junior
A critical eye and big attention to detail capabilities
Solid understanding of agency creative and production process
Strong project management and experience of managing experiential campaigns
Knowledge and experience of working on alcohol brands and the on trade is preferable
Ability to manage multiple, large scale, complex projects at any one time
Confident, ambitious and persuasive manner with a commitment to achieving great results
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with clients, suppliers and internal team members
