Stellar is an entertainment-first content and brand experience agency with some fantastic clients. Successful candidates can expect to direct global campaigns for NBCUniversal and the Poppy Appeal press launch for the Royal British Legion among others.

We play in a large shared space for creative and tech entrepreneurial companies. Our building has loads of breakout areas, regular talks and networking (and beer on tap!) making it a great place to work flexibly, meet other creative people and be inspired.


You’ve been making waves at big agencies for at least 5 years. Now you’re ready to take a small agency into the big leagues. With your foot looking for more than just the next rung, your ambition matches our vision.

You are confident, knowledgeable and strategic. With a proven track-record in planning, pitching and shaping integrated content and brand experience campaigns, and a passion for the creative output.

Extremely insightful about marketing and audience trends, you are vocal in your opinions. You are intelligent, articulate and have a natural affinity with clients and flair for presenting.


This is a fantastically diverse and autonomous role for anyone tired of big agency processes, inefficiencies and hierarchies. You’ll have influence over key decisions and receive an invaluable education in business building.

As a central figure in the agency you’ll be expected to produce thought leadership and actively promote this thinking in the industry sphere, boosting both Stellar’s and your own public profile.

This is the chance to make your mark, not only in your career - there is room for this Senior Account Director to progress to a Board Director - but on the creative agency landscape. Stellar is on a new business drive in 2018, already pitching and expecting to win new clients. You should be someone who thrives in this environment and helps steer this growth spurt.

Initially you’d be responsible for:

  • Managing the clients day-to-day with the interpersonal skills that requires
  • Assisting with the operational side of the business including forecasting and profitability
  • Intuitively aligning creative consistency and cost efficiency against the brief
  • Uncovering insight and opportunities and applying this strategy to our presentations
  • Brilliantly and confidently delivering creative presentations and pitches
  • Industry networking to instinctively represent Stellar through our way of thinking
