Job Description


We're looking for a really solid Senior Account Director to join this marvellous experiential agency based in E London. As a member of the senior management team, the role will see you reporting into the MD and a GAD, working really closely to develop client strategy and take the lead with the management of a couple of really key accounts and spearhead the agency's experiential offering.

Your main focus will be on client servicing and keeping a keen eye on the detail of everything from service levels to the end to end delivery of projects
Overseeing the delivery of a nice mix of large scale events, brand partnerships, sampling roadshows, launches and live activations for a variety of FMCG and luxury beauty brands
Responsible for the management of a team of experienced Account Director and in turn overseeing the management of the junior team
Taking the lead with all key accounts, being able to identify opportunities for growth and up-selling services
General business management and forecasting
You'll be leading the client contact from the front, empowering your team to take responsibility for their own projects and ensuring the overall success and delivery of projects
Developing solid relationships with new and existing clients, you'll be comfortable pitching for new business while being able to identify opportunities for growth with existing clients
Mentoring and motivating the team to hit set KPI's
Taking overall responsibility for budget management, with a keen eye for ROI and forecasting
Championing a culture of applying attention to detail to everything, whether it be quotes, day to day communication and delivery

Solid experience gained within a similar experiential, brand partnerships or creative agency
Knowledge of how to deliver a wide range of sampling campaign and live event
Experience managing clients from the FMCG and beauty sectors would be ideal
Tenacious, ambitious and meticulous personality with the willingness to go the extra mile
Team management experience is essential
Ability to establish and develop relationships with clients, instilling confidence and trust
Commercially minded, able to identify opportunities for growth
Able to lead from the front, delegate as needed but equally happy to roll up sleeves and deliver hands on
Excellent, clear and concise communication skills when speaking with clients
