Senior Account Director - Tech Marketing Agency

Reporting into the CSD who's been brought on board to streamline this agency's client services approach, the provision to continue learning and developing (even at SAD level) is immense. This 50-strong agency have gone from strength to strength of late, and are only going to be getting better.
The agency specialises in working with tech clients, in both the B2B and B2C space, and have been doing so for over 25 years. Their work is fully-integrated, but heavily biased towards the digital space.
They're currently looking for a Senior Account Director to come on board to help them grow an already large account, a transformational account, and be proud of growing it.
The ideal person for this role would be able to:
- Think like a planner
- Be adept as business development
- Have good project management skills
- Keep strategy at the front of their mind
- Be a role model for the client services team, but mainly your team.
Experience of working agency side is essential, and working in the B2B/technology space (could be client-side experience) is also extremely desirable.
Aside from a pretty wide salary bracket of £55k - £65k, the role would offer a 3% employee contribution private pension scheme, and healthcare (optional Optical/Dental/Family cover) scheme, 23 days' holiday and a decent social section.
