Job Description
Support the on-going development of Salesforce into the business and champion its use across various events and products.
- Provide CRM support and take ownership of key daily Salesforce administration & tasks
- Participate in system testing
- Lead in end-user training and system adoption sessions.
- Support marketing in maintaining there extensive & varied database of customers
- Extract data and preparing reports, statistics and increasing the quality of data through research activities.
- Experience in administering salesforce systems with some complexity.
- Comfortable and analyzing large amounts of complex data.
- Able to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
- Experience of Salesforce including administration and customization
