Salesforce & Email Automation Manager - 2 days working from home viable, Bury St Edmunds -

A leading B2B technology company in Bury St Edmunds are looking for a specialist in automated email back end and delivery, whilst the ideal candidate will have experience in both Salesforce & Eloqua, however candidates with a Salesforce ADM201 qualification, or who are close to completing this as a minimum can be considered.

Reporting to the Marketing Systems Director you will be an integral part of the marketing team, as you'll be ensuring the success of all marketing campaigns. Demonstrable previous experience in executing well-targeted automated campaigns is crucial, as your ultimate goal will be to shape strategic vision, and maintain the ongoing improvement of the company's CRM. Within the role you will be using Salesforce & Eloqua, but experience across hubspot, sitecore, market, pardot and any other automated systems coupled with Salesforce would be of interest.

Alongside this, you'll develop, coordinate, and optimise all forms of digital marketing and email campaigns, project managing major Salesforce Developments, and working alongside the team of content authors to ensure that the website and social media presence of the company meets the set standards.

With your knowledge of Salesforce, you'll build and test Automated Campaigns. Not only will you manage and test your campaigns, but you'll also be the go-to hub for Eloqua training for other team members; passing your expertise over to your colleagues for utmost efficiency.

Good copywriting skills will come in handy but are not essential, along with an understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java. Your technical knowledge will also allow you to generate, analyse and interpret the data of your email campaigns, delivering insights to key stakeholders, as you'll be the sole reporter of information and data on Eloqua activities.

Personality-wise, you'll have a high-degree of personal initiative, and an ability to articulate and champion marketing best practice and standards.

B2B industry experience is not essential, provided you have the correct skillset.

This role would be most applicable to candidates travelling from areas of Bury St Edmunds and the wider region, including, Cambridge, Thetford, Downham Market, Ipswich, Colchester, Braintree, Ely, and Saffron Walden.
