You will specialise in the employee benefits arm of the business and work with some huge brands such as Loyd's, Barclays and EE! - You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Managers.
- You will identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
- Outbound calling
- Working towards KPI call targets.

- Proven successful experience in a Sales or customer service role will ensure you hit the ground running!
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and KPI targets will allow you to make bonus.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships to allow you to build great rapport and maximise in sale opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully outbound call and follow up with emails.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and project management skills will allow you to bring on lots of new clients
