- Carry out various detailed research on competitors, market, etc.
- Lead generation from events, inquiries, target market lists or personal prospecting efforts
- Monitor closely on account registrations
- Report on sales and market activity, forecasts, performance of accounts
- Carry out CRM audit and revision
- Propose strategies to increase sales efficiency, developing new or improving current sales tools
- Leading and developing programs (specifically on case studies of clients) for onboarding/training programmes
- Autonomous and independent
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with internal stakeholders
- Experience in conducting market research, sales and market analysis is beneficial
- Good time management
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM database and spreadsheets are advantageous
