A new opportunity to join an exciting company within a rapidly expanding sector has come around and they are looking for a client facing Sales Director to hit the ground running. As a Sales Director, you will be the driving force of the business and will be responsible driving new business as well as building relationships with some of the worlds biggest brands. You will be tasked in growing your selected patch by pitching and presenting ideas to brands that are tailored around their needs. They offer a competitive salary and generous bonus structure for the right candidate to really hit the ground running and deliver results.
- A proactive approach in creating brand exposure and driving new business by meeting with clients and media agencies
- Confidently present and promote the products on offering and tailoring these based around clients needs or future plans
- Work consultatively with the client throughout the process ensuring the campaigns is delivered to their expectations
- Generate new leads by searching organisations/agencies or individuals and having the resilience to get in front of those people
- Provide and communicate accurate sales figures to management in weekly meetings
- Consistently exceed individual and team targets whilst building strong working relationships with clients
- 3 years minimum media sales experience. Would look at Saas backgrounds
- Ideally sold to both media agencies & clients direct
- Proven track records of generating new revenue and hitting/exceeding targets
- Must be a consultative sales person
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for details and opportunities.
- A real go getter attitude with excellent organisation skills
