We have built bespoke solutions to clients moving to or recently settled in the UK, by coordinating a spectrum of professional experts in the fields of Physical, Capital & Reputational Settlement in Berkshire and London.
Experts include legal professionals, accountants, domestic agents and security companies. Our growth has been strong, and we now need help to grow the sales and marketing function of our Berkshire-based business.
Ascot Emissaries LLP is recruiting an experienced Sales and Marketing Director, to deliver grow of our sales and marketing function. This senior role will be particularly focused on growing our base of clients from Russia and the countries which make up the former Soviet Union states. Whilst the role is principally focussed on generating sales, duties will include making the most efficient use of our finite marketing budget, designing and delivering our digital advertising and act as the lead on our Public Relations in the UK, Russia and targeted areas in the Middle East. Regular travel will be required, principally between the UK and Moscow, to promote Ascot Emissaries LLP. The role will otherwise be based in our new serviced offices. It is likely that working hours will need to be flexible to accommodate client meetings in the evenings and quarterly client events in London.
The successful candidate will likely be a Sales or Marketing Director already. Self-motivated, driven, discreet and with high levels of personal integrity. They will probably be a graduate, ideally with an MBA or relevant Masters level education. The successful candidate will have an active network of professional advisers and introducers of private clients in Moscow and London. They will likely be native Russian speakers, with fluent oral and written English skills. They will be resident in the UK.
