Job Title: Sales & Marketing Director - key role within the business
Business: Mobile Technology/Digital Transformation/Digital Product Creation Agency
Location: Manchester
Base Salary & benefits: Up to £100k plus bonus of up to 20%, depending upon experience. Company pension, 25 days holidays + public holidays, flexible working, on-site parking
Type of role: Permanent

Type of person who would be successful in this role: Loves people & technology, managing & directing sales teams, working within the senior team to set the business development strategy, client growth, marketing, Focus of this role is accountabilty for revenue growth.
Job Description includes but not limited to:
Manage a team and in your own time you will achieve:
*Develop a comprehensive revenue generation pipeline that will help deliver the company's revenue targets.
*Execute a sustainable revenue stream that will deliver target revenues in line with budgets and strategy.
*Develop a Marketing strategy which delivers on Company Brand and new business development goals.
*Develop long-term working relationships and collaborative agreements with key clients.
*Identify current and possible future trends, possible opportunities and necessary corrective actions from reported data.
*Help develop a strategic sales plan in line with the company growth strategy.
*Ensure that a key account strategy is aligned and maintained with commercial objectives and that all opportunities are identified and targeted.
*Plan and support company's entry into new and emerging technology sectors.
Skills & Background:
*Candidates should have a successful proven track record at a senior level in Business Development, preferably in the technology/digital industry.
*Proven experience in people management & is familiar working at board level
*Proven experience of winning significant client accounts (£1m +) across multiple sectors.
*Large Agency or Large Software house background essential
