Job Description

A world-class marcoms agency working with some of the biggest and most well respected pharmaceutical brands is looking to hire a Rx Planner with at least 5 years’ experience.

 The agency works with pharma industry clients, targeting HCPs and patients worldwide, creating work across multi-disciplinary channels from TV to viral, e-commerce to social media.


Reporting into The Planning Director, you’ll be adept at taking complex scientific information and translating it into simple terms. You’ll have been an Rx Planner for at least 5 years and have experience in working from client brief through to final delivery. You have the gravitas to get buy-in from the client being able to understand the science behind their products. No day will ever be the same, you’ll be conducting a range of research (both independent and commission led) developing strategy, crafting inspirational briefs, working with agency teams to produce effective and high quality creative as well as presenting both internally and externally.


  • Educated to at least BSc level.
  • 5 4 years plus as an Rx planner in a healthcare agency
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear comprehensive insights
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Experience leading  meetings with commercial and medical teams.
