Interim Retention & CRM Manager
£250-£300 per day ( 6 Months)
Central London
Would you like to deliver CRM Campaigns for one of the world's leading publishers?
This media publisher owns multiple ecommerce and publishing brands, they cater to a wide range of audiences and have won several newspaper awards including the British Press Award.
The CRM Retention Managers role will be to deliver retention, customer loyalty and in-life campaigns for all GNM recurring revenue products. The purpose on this role will be to focus on customer retention, upselling and cross-selling, targeting through exceptional multi-channel campaigns, which harness all customer research and insight.

The Role:
* This will require you to work with Head of Retention & CRM Managers to understand the main factors and trigger points to minimise churn
* The Retention and CRM Manager will know how to develop, implement and deliver successful retention and in-life campaigns including renewals, upselling and loyalty building
* Developing relationships with planning and retention teams - building measurable customer journeys to increase the subscription rates
* Working with the Data Insight and planning teams, results you setting up measurable control groups to monitor trends
* Responsible for the delivery of in-life comms (primarily email Exact Target and DM), including on-boarding, weekly e-newsletters, win back and loyalty promotions to drive more readers and customers

The Candidate:
* With your experience in data driven CRM and retention activity, ideally across both digital and print
* Your experience with Google Analytics will enable you to improve the effective work flow of the CRM system
* Your experience of using Exact Target will allow you to use the current ESP system
* Working knowledge of HTML will give you the opportunity to edit email templates
* Your experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud will allow you to flourish in using the current CRM system
