Key responsibilities include:
Retail Support:
Communications

Coordinate, prepare and deliver weekly brand communication, delivering key 

messages, weekly financial review & key business updates to Stores/Concessions and Head Office functions
Coordinate and communicate relevant messages to Stores/Concessions taking into consideration current trading stance and retail focus
Weekly editing of Whistles week content collated from stores

Operations

  • Support the Head of Retail, Retail Operations Manager and Area Managers with administration
  • Establish and maintain host store marketing calendar
  • Establish and maintain central retail database on key business information
  • Manage weekly packaging orders, ensuring appropriate units are requested and processed
  • Provide support and assistance to reasonable request from Stores/Concessions, Area Managers or Head Office departments related to retail operations
  • Monitor competitor activity, awareness of market trends and demographics, providing support and recommendations to maximise revenues and develop the Brand
  • Provide analytical support for the Head of Retail on business performance
  • Responsible for printing trade reports and documents for retail team on weekly basis
  • Collating and updating weekly/monthly movements including holidays for the Area Managers
  • Supporting retail team with coordination of training workshops‎ and Area meetings
  • Uploading new content and policy onto the retail page of the intranet, ensuring the page is up to date
  • Updating stores with changes to the retail operations manual, processes and weekly information
  • Collating feedback for all Areas on compliance, delivery issues, event data, Payroll data and any other data requirements
  • Booking travel and diary management for Head of Retail when required
  • Undertake specific projects as requested to support Retail Operations
  • Supporting the Compliance Manager on stock audit and compliance


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ideally of Graduate calibre with a degree in a related subject
  • Previous Administrative experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Previous experience of working within the retail industry is preferred, but not essential
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Flexible approach, with the ability to multitask
  • Discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
