Job Description


  • Be a key member of the network transformation delivery project teams, with specific accountability to bring the customer opportunity and strategy to life to deliver a successful and tested migration model for branch location changes
  • Be the "voice of the customer" within the project team driving for agreed customer outcomes
  • Provide clear direction and roadmap for customer facing 360 communications to ensure the project is a success and delivers against agreed business metrics
  • Develop and execute marketing communications materials to support branch changes
  • Build a customer communications campaign
  • Define clear customer KPIs / targets for the project with a clear view of how the marketing communications campaign will deliver against these objectives
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of the marketing communications activity (incl ROI) and campaigns that support branch openings
  • Continually seek to improve campaign performance based on learnings
  • Brief and oversee marketing activity to external agencies and / or internal studio
  • Manage project budgets report any budget savings/overspends
  • Ensure brand identity is adhered to in all campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy of all content, regulatory compliance and manage the approval process
  • Review shopping centre marketing. Evaluate relevance, value and reach


  • Experienced marketing communications professional with track record of delivery in a regulated environment (ideally retail financial services) however, broad retail experience would also be considered
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering clear customer-led product strategies and compelling communications campaigns that have driven growth
  • Experience of working within a matrix organization and managing multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong experience of managing multiple agencies
  • Track record in writing compelling briefs that have resulted in effective, growth-driving campaigns
  • Strong, data-led marketing experience (Customer)
  • Budget management, project management and campaign evaluation
