Are you looking for a digital insights role? We are working with a brand and insights consultancy, who are looking for someone to help them grow their online community offering. The key to the role is your research skills. The key client is an international tech company.
They are looking for a Research Manager with online community experience with gravitas. Being able to talk to the head of insight at the and make recommendations on the project and how it should run, setting up and managing those discussions and generating insights from that is key. You'll then make recommendations based on your findings directly to the client.
This is a growing area for the business. You'd be the third member of the team permanently and manage one associate. It's a nice opportunity to come in and help grow something through strong research and good management. They have had an excellent year, beating quarterly targets easily.
They use a range of methodologies to uncover insights such as ethnographic research and semiotics. These aren't necessary as previous experience so a good chance to either grow or continue doing some superb work!
They also have designers in house which means that your insights aren't shipped off to a design consultancy somewhere and never really seen again, you can have direct input to a product and see your work come to life.
Clients include some of Silicon Valley's finest as well as more traditional companies like McDonalds and Sainsbury's.
